Diwali is a richly pigmented, shimmery, pale silvered-champagne gold with a foiled metallic finish.

Almost opaque in one coat, I can't help break my habit of always needing to apply a second coat (you know, for safety measures :P ).

I truly adore Diwali! Diwali is a chic metallic polish that can be worn throughout the year, and also by a wide range of skin tones. Also, Diwali was the polish I wore on New Year's Eve :D In my book, this polish is definitely one of the best Chanel lacquers released in 2012.

What are some of your favorite Chanel polishes released in 2012?

Looking gorgeous one lipstick at a time.

  3. That's so festive and fun!! The only Chanel polish I've gotten over the last year was Quartz as an Xmas gift! I haven't worn it yet, but it's such a beautiful color so I'm excited! My very first Chanel polish was Vamp...way back when :-)

  4. This color is so pretty! I can never afford Chanel but do they all apply in one coat? Very glittery golds are on my list of have to gets, I just ordered Zoya Ziv for their 3 "free" nail polish offer. I hope it looks this good but it probably won't (;

    1. No, they all sure don't apply in one coat, although for the price point, they should! I got my three Zoya polishes as well, but I don't remember what I ordered :P
