I like the distressed treatment of the Black Or White casing.

I love it when a palette proves me wrong and makes me eat my words...and the culprit: Addiction's Black Or White Palette. Originally, I was going to skip this palette, but I caved in to the "limited edition" stigma...you know how the story ends.

Black and white palettes always reminds me of the character, Dominique "Domino" Derval (played by the stunning actress, Claudine Auger), from one of my favorite bond films, Thunderball.

  1. These are soooooo beautiful. I wish we could get this brand here in Canada. I've actually been looking for a nice, satin-finish white like this and it's REMARKABLY hard to find. Most or frosty or matte. I'm impressed with the intensity of the black shades as well.

And I agree, Thunderball is definitely one of the best Bonds :-)

    1. Hey Kate! I can help you get your mitts on some Addiction products :D

I don't care for the new James Bond films at all, they don't hold a candle to their predecessors!

  2. UGH! I totally bypassed this but it looks incredible on you, Liz!!! Do you know Tom Ford is coming out with a holiday palette called Ice Queen? Has a similar vibe, but I love the Addiction quality.
    (but on a no buy)
Wow, the black shade is so rich!

    1. At First swatch, I was really underwhelmed by the glitter white shadow, but after playing with the other three colors, I had to pick it up. Also, the glittery white shadow looks beautiful when layered over the other three eye shadows.
