Already one month into Spring and I'm still waiting for the weather to kick-in. Most days have been cold, gray, and rainy. I'm not complaining because it's keeping the creepy crawlies at bay.

I thought the shades in Suqqu's Blend Color Eyeshadow in EX-17 Hatsushimo would pair perfectly with the gloomy, rainy weather we've been having.

I love Ex-17 Hatsushimo and I think the palette works beautifully for Spring.

  1. Absolutely stunning and both looks are beautiful! I love how you use bright shades on the outer corners! I sooo need to try that! I need a palette from them in the future!

    1. I love placing bright shadows in the outer corner, it's a fun way to give a look that extra pop :) You definitely need to try one of Suqqu's palettes, you won't be sorry!

  2. Hi! I have been reading your blog for a few moths now and really enjoy your posts! I have been looking for a good excuse to buy a Suqqu palette and I think you just gave me the extra push I needed! Two questions:
    1) Of the Suqqu pallets you have (and are available) is there one that you think is "worth it" / extra special and that you would suggest ordering?
    2) Have you ever done (sorry if I am missing something) a tutorial showing how you create your looks/apply your makeup? You always look so polished and gorgeous and I would love to know who you wield your brushes!

    1. Hi DZMama, thank you for commenting <3

Sorry for taking so long to reply. Out of the permanent palettes (don't know why Suqqu keeps discontinuing their lineup >;{ ) , I'd say either 16 or 17.

Although I've been toying with the idea of filming application tutorials, I have jumped into it yet. Thank you for the lovely compliment. Until I get into making videos, If you like, maybe I can talk you through application via Skype?

  3. Y SO PRETTY? It's such a bummer that Suqqu's current offerings are so... brown. At least that means my money's safe! :)

    1. Hahaha, good genes maybe? Just kidding :P I love the Spring palettes, but I understand so the color palette may seem flat. They really are pretty Toby :)

    1. Thank you Erika, I've really put a dent in this palette, especially the pewter-olive and sparkly violet shadows.
