Me And My Shaaaadows...Addiction Eyeshadow Swatches Part San

It's raining pretty hard today, and when it comes to blogging, your arch nemesis is bad weather. The last few months, the majority of my days off were plagued with unsuitable conditions for photographing. Thankfully, I was able to have a little swatching marathon yesterday.

Midnight Oasis 051M (discontinued): a bright, delft blue with a matte finish.

Horizon 052P (discontinued): a dusty, parisian-purple with soft green, blue, silver and gold glitter.

Blue Moon 055P: a bright, cornflower blue with silver and blue glitter.

Pink Python 056P (discontinued): an ash-black with multi-colored micro-glitter.

Silent Scream 058P (discontinued): a spring green with a yellow-gold sheen and green, copper, chartreuse shimmer.

Tiny Shell 059P (now 031P): a soft, peach pearl.

Nouvelle Lune 060P: a pearled, beige-ivory.

Midnight Drive 061P: a satin, pale aqua-seafoam-green with grey undertones.

Color description from left to right:

Mariage 062P: a frosty, rosy-fawn-blonde with silver glitter.

Sand Martin 063P (discontinued): A matte, dusty-mauve-pale-pink-nude.

La Mamounia 064M: a muted, brick-red matte.

Sheltering Sky 065P (discontinued): a purple leaning indigo blue with maroon sheen.

Color description from left to right:

Mustard Tree 066P (discontinued): a dark, muted, marigold-mustard matte.

White Pepper 067P (discontinued): a green tinged, white pepper matte.

Sand Dune 068P (discontinued): a dark ochre matte.

Moroccan Rose 069M (discontinued): a bright, pink-rose-red matte.

Sadly, almost all of these shades have been axed with the relaunch...but, we can always hope for a revival.

It rained all day here yesterday, so I cleaned/reorganized my makeup room.

  3. AHHHH Deep forest is soooo damn gorgeous! That's a shame these aren't sold anymore but I'm so glad you've shared your swatches! I totally must get a couple more single shadows or a quad from them! I really love the one single I have from them so I'm already imagining having another :p

    1. I have one more set of swatches of the older shadows to post, then I'll be moving on to the reformulated shadows.

I hope you give your single some siblings in the near future :)

  5. Thank you so much for your swatches! I've been looking for swatches for Addiction eyeshadows and your blog always pops ups. It's very helpful. Also love that you review tons of Japanese cosmetics that I'm interested in. My favorite Japanese eyeshadow brand is Lunasol and I see you haven't done a Lunasol review since 2013. Not much of a fan over Addiction and Suqqu?
