To my surprise (and maybe yours), I found some products from TheBalm Cosmetics stuffed in an end cap at loft. Although, I own all these products, I'm happy to see the brand has made its way to Japan.

I was hesitant to share this post with you (as this is my secret beauty cubbyhole), but what's the point in knowing something great, if you can't share it with the world (and by world, I mean anyone who reads this blog) :D
Launched in March 2012, Isetan mirror showcases a modest selection of luxury cosmetics brands. If my memory serves me correctly, brands such as Dior, Clarins, Lancome, Bobby Brown, Clinique, Estee Lauder, Guerlain, Nars, Helena Rubinstein, RMK, Shiseido, THREE, Anna Sui, Addiction, Shu Uemura, Kobako, as well as their own beauty line Isetan Mirror Beaute, are available at Isetan Mirror.
If one of the above mentioned brands product has sold out at one of the major department stores, 99.9% of the time I know I'll be able to find it here. Isetan Mirror offers a relaxed shopping environment, without the hassle of pushy of sales associates, and overcrowded sales floors.

Lately, I've been shopping without my boy Friday(Aki). So, without him there to distract the Sales associates, it's been impossible for me to take pictures of the immaculate beauty counters. Tonight, we were at LakeTown, and with no SA in sight, I seized the moment and took a photo of my favorite store in the entire mall, Cosmeme. Cosmeme offers a small range of high-end brands such as Dior, Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent, Lancome, Helena Rubinstein, Shu Uemura, Clinique, and, now, Addiction. The main reason I love shopping at Cosmeme is their member's card. Out of all the beauty member"s cards I have (and I have all of them), Cosmeme's is the only one that actually awards you with cash back. After you've accrued a certain amount of points, you get ¥1,000 yen off your purchase. Yay for cash back!

It's been too long since my last Stealing Beauty post...So, let the guerrilla-beauty picture commence ;)
Lately, I've been obsessed with false lashes, mainly because of this luscious lash display at Mori No Asa.
I thought it was ingenious to provide a tester wand with the lashes attached; A fantastic way to sample the lashes before purchasing! The only downside is, now I want them all :P

It's time for another installment of Stealing Beauty :D Saturday night, I was running around Shinjuku and popped into the Odakyu department store for some Dior, and Paul & Joe goodies. Unfortunately, the Paul & Joe counter was out of the lipsticks I wanted. Always being one to seize an opportunity, I was able to take some photos while the SA was in the back looking for the lipsticks...I guess I didn't walk away completely empty handed ;)

This past Wednesday, I was at the LaLaport in Shin Misato(a shopping mall) with my friend Emi. I took a shot of the Bourjois counter in Loft.

Loft is a chain of stores found in Japan that offers a hodgepodge of merchandise, including: household goods, kitchenware, luggage, bags, mobile cases, toys, snacks, stationary, cosmetics, and much, much more! I LOVE shopping at Loft! I can spend hours in there...and I do :P
