The Eyeshadow Strikes Back! Inglot Eye Shadow Singles

Sorry for the mini absences!

I totally forgot about the Inglot eye shadow singles that were stashed away in one of my eyeshadow bins. Many years ago, these singles were my first introduction to the brand. I was on the last leg of my vacation in Miami, shopping at Aventura Mall, when I happened upon the Inglot store. It felt as if the store had magical appeared, like some kind of cosmetic brigadoon. I knew nothing of the brand, or their freedom system, so I grabbed eight singles; When I think back on that evening, I feel a bit cheated. The MUA didn't offer/recommend purchasing these shadows using the Freedom System, which would have saved me around $50...beauty Jihad on her!

The individual eye shadows come with 2g/0.07 oz of product, unfortunately, I don't remember how much they retail for since I bought them a long time ago, but I believe they were around $12.

Just When You Thought It Was Over...Inglot Freedom System 20 Eyeshadow Palette #5 Swatches

December is an extremely busy time for me, so I haven't been able to post as frequently as I've wanted. Also, I've been plagued with bad weather; gloomy overcast days when I'm off and gorgeous sunny sky when I work...why me?!

Before leaving for work today, I was able to swatch and take some photos of another one of my Inglot palettes (yes, there's more :P). I wasn't going to post this until I the had time to write the color descriptions, but I really didn't want to go three days
without posting. I'll include the color descriptions later, but if you can't wait, please leave a comment :)

Inglot AMC Cream Blush 85, 83, 82, 81 Swatches

Aside from the eye shadows, the AMC Cream Blushes are another personal favorite from the Inglot brand. To the touch, these blushes have a densely, whipped cream texture. They're extremely lightweight formula blends like a dream, and feels as if you've run a mink (faux, of course!) glove all over your cheek. Only a minuscule amount of product is needed; to say that these cream blushers are very pigmented is an understatement!

85: a pink tinged terracotta.

83: a soft reddish coral.

82: a romantic rose pink.

81: a reddish-berry pink.

I love the slight cream to powder finish of these blushers; it gives the cheeks a gorgeous, almost dewy, sheen without looking powdery or oily. I believe the AMC Cream Blushes could work on all skin types.

The AMC Cream Blushes retail for $12.00, and come with 5.5g/0.19 US Oz of product. There are 15 shades available, and I will own them all in the near future :D

Inglot Freedom System 20 Eye Shadow Palette #4 Swatches

Hey darlings,

It's been more than two months since my last Inglot 20 Palette post (gomen ne, gomen ne), but I have a few more palettes to show you, so here's the fourth installment :)

From left to right: M352, S46, DS467, P397, M351.

M352: A matte pale peachy-white.

S46: A pale shell pink-beige with a pink iridescence and silver micro-glitter.

DS467: A satin peachy-beige with silver micro-glitter.

P397: A shimmery icy peachy-pink.

M351: a matte vanilla cream.

S30: An ivory white with a gold iridescence.

P395: Am icy pale yellow-beige shimmer.

DS463: A matte nude-beige with silver micro-glitter.

P393: A pearlized buttermilk-ivory.

S34: A shimmery pale Aztec gold.

S34: A shimmery pale Aztec gold. S34 was duplicated because the plastic casing was numbered incorrectly.

S43: An amber gold with gold iridescence and gold micro-glitter.

S09: A pale pink-cooper with a gold sheen and gold micro-glitter.

S49: A murky tarnished gold with an olive-brown undertone.

M390: a muted pale lilac-brown matte.

DS461: A muted taupe brown matte with gold micro-glitter.

S31: A shimmery peachy-pink taupe brown with a gold sheen.

M360: A matte plum-grey-brown.

P402: A shimmery muted taupe-ish plummy-brown with a rose-gold sheen.

S37: A satin chocolate brown based maroon with a slight pink sheen and silver micro-glitter.

I love all the shadows in this palette, especially P395, DS463, S43, S09, S49, DS461, S31, M360, P402, and S37.

Inglot Freedom System 20 Eye Shadow Palette #3 Swatches

It's time for another Inglot Palette post!...Hope you're not getting tired of these???

For those of you who may be new to the brand...

Inglot's Freedom System allows you to custom build your own face, eyes and lips palette. Offering a variety of color selects and endless amounts of fun :)

Inglot's Freedom System offers a variety of eye shadow finishes: AMC, Pearl, Matte, Shine and DS (double shine).

From left to right: S16, S41, AMC59, DS477, AMC58.

S16: An icy yellow chartreuse with a yellow gold sheen.

S41: Similar to S16 except S41 leans more towards lime than yellow.

AMC59: A matte acid green with sparkles.

DS477: A matte bright lime green with sparkles.

AMC58: A matte bright grass green with sparkles.

S32: A shimmery muted deep turquoise.

P412: A pearlized muted chartreuse with a golden sheen.

AMC56: A satiny army green.

The Inglot Freedom System Eye Shadow Squares are now priced at $6.00 each and the Freedom System Palettes range from $6.00- 39.00. Apparently, the eye shadow squares ($1 increase) and the Freedom System 40 Eye Shadow Square palette ($4 increase) have increased in price since my last Inglot post...which was 23 days ago >:( Careful there Inglot...or you'll soon been treading on thin ice!!

Inglot Freedom System 20 Eye Shadow Palette #2 Swatches

Hello lovelies!

Here's my second Inglot eye shadow palettes, hope you enjoy :)

Inglot's Freedom System offers a variety of eye shadow finishes: AMC, Pearl, Matte, Shine and DS (double shine).

From left to right: S48, DS495, AMC50, M361, S29.

S48: A frosty candy pink with red undertones and micro silver flecks.

DS495: A matte strawberry red with flecks of gold.

AMC50: Similar to DS495, except AMC50 leans more red.

M361: A matte peach.

M366: A matte Orange-coral.

From left to right: S29, M362, M382, P449, DS493.

S29: A pearlized pale icy pink with a cotton candy pink sheen and silver flecks.

M362: A matte bubblegum pink.

M382: A matte blue toned medium red.

P449: A pearlized red based rose.

DS493: A matte lilac purple with silver, pink and baby blue flecks.

S39: A pearly violet-purple with silver flecks.

S39: No, this is not a typo. Apparently, the plastic case that housed the eye shadow single was numbered incorrectly and I was given the same color. Regrettably, this was not an isolated incident, the number on the label of six other eye shadow pans did not match the number of their plastic container. So, learn from my mistake and whether your ordering online or shopping in-store, remember to check the number on the bottom of the eye shadow pan!

M392: A matte deep violet-red-magenta.

S40: A darkened plum-purple with a pink sheen and silver flecks.

P441: A pearly blue based violet purple.

From left to right: DS464, AMC55, M379, M379, P428.

DS464: A matte terracotta with gold flecks.

AMC55: A matte brick with red flecks.

M379: A matte periwinkle blue.

M379: mislabeled eyeshadow #2.

P428: A pearly black based sapphire blue.

These eye shadows also work well on the cheeks and lips.

My favorite shadows from this palette are:

S48, DS495, AMC50, M361, S29, M362, M382, P449, DS493, S39, M392, S40, P441, DS464, AMC55, P428.

Inglot Freedom System 20 Eye Shadow Palette #1 Swatches

Hi guys,

As promised, here is the first installment of my Inglot eye shadow palettes. I discovered Inglot back in December 2010 while I was visiting my family for the holidays. It was love at first sight! I was blown away by the color selection, quality, texture and finishes of their eye shadows. I had never seen anything like the Freedom System and I thought it was sheer brilliance!

From left to right: S06, P430, P403, S27, AMC60.

S06: A shimmery tarnish gold.

P430: A light frosty copper gold.

P403: A frosty yellow gold.

S27: A shimmery light gold.

AMC60: A matte canary yellow with tiny fleck of yellow that disappear once applied, a reoccurring trend with most AMC and some DS eye shadows, the flecks just disappear.

From left to right: DS474, S45, S26, AMC61, DS483.

DS474: A semi-matte medium daffodil yellow with tiny flecks of yellow.

S45: A shimmery pale pastel yellow with a gold sheen.

S26: Although S26 and S45 look similar swatched, S26 is a pale yellow gold and warmer in tone.

AMC61: A semi-matte soot black with tiny flecks of blue. Where are these flecks of blue?? their hiding :)

DS483: A matte deep navy blue with blue flecks.

From left to right: P428, M388, AMC67, DS482, AMC68.

P428: A black based frost deep marine blue.

M388: A matte deep periwinkle blue.

AMC67: A matte dark purplish navy with flecks of silver. The flecks disappear once applied on the lid.

DS482: A semi-matte dark indigo blue with flecks of blue. Unlike AMC67, these flecks are more apparent on the lid.

AMC68: A matte deep cornflower blue with silver flecks that also disappear.

From left to right: DS480, P426, P415, S13, S28.

DS480: A matte true blue with flecks of pink, blue and silver that also disappear on the lid.

P426: A frosty Azure blue.

P415: A medium tone teal blue frost.

S13: A shimmery pale seafoam blue with silver flecks.

S28: A shimmery pale baby blue with a lavender sheen and tiny blue flecks.
